Prosciutto, Pear & Fetta Tartlets
Ingredients
4 slices of Hans Prosciutto 8 cooked savoury pastry tart shells 8 small butter lettuce leaves 8 watercress sprigs 8 small pieces marinated goats fetta cheese 8 thin slices of firm Beurre Bosc pears Balsamic vinaigrette
Method
- Place lettuce in base of each tart shell
- Add pear and fetta and drizzle with vinaigrette
- Lightly fold the Hans Prosciutto over the top
- Add a sprig of watercress to garnish
