Little Frankies in Sausage Rolls
Ingredients

1 x 400g Hans Li'l Frankies
2½ sheets puff pastry
1 beaten egg
Tomato sauce

Method
  • Cut all the pastry sheets in half and on each sheet line 4 Hans Li'l Frankies end to end
  • Fold pastry over the Hans Li'l Frankies and seal edge with beaten egg. Repeat for each piece of pastry
  • Place on a large baking tray and brush with egg
  • Bake in 190°C oven for 25-30 minutes or until pastry is golden brown
  • Cut each long piece into 4
  • Serve immediately with plenty of tomato sauce
