Roast Pork Loin
Ingredients
2000g Half Pork Loin
15g Salt
10g Pepper
50ml Oil
Method
  • Remove pork from packaging and rinse under cold water
  • Pre-Heat oven to 170°C combi oven, 180°C convection oven.
  • Put pork into roasting tray, massage with oil and season with salt and pepper. Place in hot oven and roast for 50 minutes.
  • Remove from baking tray into serving container and serve hot as roast with appropriate roasted vegetables and sauce.
  • Alternativly, remove from baking tray into serving container and chill.

 

Serving Suggestion
This product is suitable for cold use in buffet rolls, sandwhiches, wraps and salads.
