WAYS TO SERVE SAUSAGES AND FRANKS

Try some tasty variations to the traditional Hot Dog:

1. Heat a Hans American Hot Dog or Hans 97% Fat Free Hot Dog or Hans Weiner and place in a bread roll with:
· Chopped Hans Peperoni, bacon and onion, fried until bacon is crisp;
· Avocado, lettuce, sour cream and sweet chilli sauce;
· Grated tasty cheese, mustard and mayonnaise;
· For and extra hot Hot Dog, serve with chilli, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce;
· Heated baked beans with a little grated cheese;
· For a Middle Eastern Flavour serve with tabouli, tahini and a little hummus;
· Crushed pineapple and cheese for a tropical flavour

2. For a hearty winter soup add chopped Hans Kookwurst into vegetable soup 10 minutes before serving.

3. Cut ready rolled puff pastry into 2 cm wide strips sprinkle with grated tasty cheese and wrap pastry around Hans American Hot Dogs. Bake in oven at 200°C for 10 minutes or until pastry is puffed and golden.

4. For a hearty lunch, cut a small pita bread along the top (to make a pocket), place a heated Hans Saveloy into the pocket with some potato salad and mustard.

5. Add sliced Hans American Hot Dogs to Macaroni Cheese.

6. Hans Knackwurst Sausages are made to an authentic German recipe - serve them traditionally with a little Sauerkraut, mustard or horseradish and a soft bread roll.
