Kookwurst & Tomato Casserole
Ingredients

1 x 375g Hans Kookwurst
2 medium tomatoes or 400g canned tomatoes, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
½ tsp dried sweet basil
1 cup spiral pasta
Freshly ground black pepper

Method
  • Slice Hans Kookwurst, onion and tomatoes thinly
  • Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with black pepper and sweet basil over the top
  • Place covered dish in moderate oven and cook for 20 minutes, or microwave on medium high for 8 minutes
  • Cook pasta according to directions
